To all the future brides and grooms, when I met Katie Collins in 2012, I hate to admit this but, I hadn’t exactly nailed the vision and theme I wanted for my wedding day. As soon as I sat down in Katie’s showroom, I realized she was the first wedding vendor I had ever met with so many wedding pinterest boards. I will never forget how motivated and inspired I was driving home on the Q.E.W after our meeting. Katie was very easy to work with,she enjoyed meeting in person to discuss ideas to texting back and forth at the most random times of the day. Katie’s creativity never went unnoticed but her dependability was what impressed me the most. I thank you so much for being there on our wedding day and creating such a tasteful sweets table.

Admittedly, planning the most important day of my life was not an easy feat - especially when you are a perfectionist with a specific vision in mind and you have to entrust your vendors to help you bring your dream to life. Our favours were one of the last important details that would pull our table setting and entire decor together. I brought my vision to Katie – who by the way is likely one of the SWEETEST people you will ever meet (no pun intended). Katie was just as enthusiastic about my vision as I, which was a huge relief because I knew I could trust her to combine expertise and creativity to make my vision a reality. It became very apparent that she pools every ounce of her passion into her work, and this is reflected in the amazing final product. Not only were our favours more stunning than I had dreamed, they were so delicious our guests commented on them for weeks after! My husband and I were very thankful for Katie’s attention to detail, extreme talent, professionalism, but mostly for taking the time to get to know us and to truly understand the fundamentals of our vision. Katie is extremely personable and will make you feel like her most important client. We look forward to finding an excuse to work with Katie again in the near future!
